This means Chairman of Union Election Commission U Tin Aye confessed that the elections for various Hluttaw seats held in November 2010 had bias and malpractices. If those Hluttaw representatives are elected with rigged votes, including advanced votes, they should be declared as disqualified representatives. It is never too late! Union Election Commission, please take action sooner!
