ေဖေဖဆံုးေတာ့ အိမ္ကိုလာကေတာ့စဥ္ အမွတ္တရပံု။ (အိအိႏွင့္ သူ႔ေမေမ)

ေအးေအးျငိမ္း၊ အိအိျငိမ္းဆိုတာ က်ေနာ့ညီမေလးေတြဆိုလဲ မမွားပါဘူး။ ဒီ Post ရဲ႔ Comments (http://www.irrawaddyblog.com/2012/01/blog-post_6828.html) ကိုျမင္ေတာ့ သူတို႔ေလးေတြကို အထင္မလြဲေစခ်င္တာရယ္၊ အမ်ားမသိေသးတာေတြကိုလဲ သိေစခ်င္တာေၾကာင့္ သိသေလာက္ ရွင္းျပခ်င္ပါတယ္။

သူတို႔ေလးေတြကို က်ေနာ႔ေဖေဖ Dr. ယဥ္ျငိမ္းက ဘီးလင္းျမိဳ႔မွာ ဗိုက္ခြဲျပီး ေမြးေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ အမႊာမွန္းသိေပမဲ့ ရင္ခ်င္းဆက္မွန္းေတာ့ မသိခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဘီးလင္းလို (အဲဒီအခ်ိန္က အညိဳေရာင္နယ္ေျမ) ျမိဳ႔နယ္ေလးမွာ စစ္ေဆးဖို႔ လံုေလာက္တဲ့ ေဆးကရိယာကလဲ ရွိဘူးေလ။ ခေလးေတြေမြးလာေတာ့ ဆင္းရဲတဲ့ ေတာင္သူ မိဘ၊ မိသားစုခမ်ာ ခေလးေတြ အသက္ရွင္ေရးအတြက္ ခြဲစိတ္ကုသဖို႔ကို ေတြးျပီး ငိုလိုက္ၾကတာ...

ေဖေဖနဲ႔ေဆးရုံဆရာ၀န္၊ ၀န္ထမ္းေတြက အလွဴေငြမတည္ျပီး ေစတနာရွင္မိသားစုရဲ႔ကားနဲ႔ တျမိဳနယ္လံုး ေလာ္စပီကာနဲ႔ေအာ္ကာ အလွဴေငြစုျပီး ရန္ကုန္ကေလးေဆးရုံကိုလႊဲအပ္ကာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ဆီီက အကူအညီေတာင္းေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလိုမိဘ ျပည္သူေတြရဲ႔ေက်းဇူးကို သူတို႔ေလးေတြ လံုး၀မေမ့တာ အေသအခ်ာပါ။

ဒါဆို ဦးခင္ညႊန္႔ကို ဘာ့ေၾကာင့္ "သမီးတို ့ကို လူလားေျမာက္ေအာင္ေမြးေပးခဲ့တဲ့ ေက်းဇူးရွင္ပါ။" လို႔ေျပာတာလဲ။ မိဘျပည္သူေတြရဲ႔ ေက်းဇူးကိုေမ့လို႔လား။

တကယ္ေတာ႔ အဲဒီအခ်ိန္တုန္းက ခြဲစိတ္ကုသဖို႔ နည္းပညာနဲ႔ ကုန္ၾကစရိတ္ကို ရရွိဖို႔ ဦးခင္ညႊန္႔က အေသးစိတ္ ကူခဲ့တာပါ။ ေနာက္တခုက ခေလးေတြရဲ႔မိသားစု။ အသက္နဲ႔ရင္းျပီး ေမြးထားတဲ့ မိဘက သမီးေလးေတြနားမွာ ရွိေနခ်င္တာေပါ့။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ခေလးေတြက ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ခေလးတြ ျဖစ္ေနျပီ။ မိဘေတြခမ်ာ ေတြခြင့္ေတာင္ အႏိုင္ႏိုင္ရယ္ပါ။ ခေလးေဆးရုံ ၀န္ထမ္းေတြက ခေလးေတြရဲ႔ အလွဴေငြေတြကို လိုခ်င္လို႔ လာတယ္ ဆုိတဲ့ စာနာခ်က္ ကင္းမဲ့တဲ့ စြတ္စြဲခ်က္နဲ႔ ကေလးေတြရဲ႔ ေဆးကုေနခ်ိန္ အေၾကာင္းျပကာ ေပးမေတြ႔လို႔ လြမ္းလြန္းလို႔ ေတာကေန လာၾကည့္တိုင္း ငိုျပီးျပန္ခဲ့ရခ်ိန္ေတြက အၾကိမ္ၾကိမ္ပါ။ ဒီလိုနဲ႔ စာနယ္ဇင္းေတြ ေက်းဇူးေၾကာင့္ ဦးခင္ညႊန္႔ သိသြားျပီး မိဘေတြကို ေတြခြင့္ရေအာင္ စီစဥ္ေပးခဲ႔ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ျပီးေတာ့ မၾကာခဏေတြ႔ႏိုင္ေအာင္ ရန္ကုန္စည္ပင္သာယာမွာ မိဘေတြကို အလုပ္ေပးျပီး ႏိုင္ငံ့၀န္ ထမ္းေဆာင္ေစကာ ၀န္ထမ္းအိမ္ရေအာင္ ေဘာင္အတြင္းက ကူညီခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ကဲ.. ဒီေလာက္ဆို သေဘာေပါက္ေလာက္ပါျပီ။ ေက်းဇူးရွင္ကို ေက်းဇူးရွင္မွန္း သိတာ မဂၤလာတပါးပါ။ သူတို႔ေလးေတြက အျဖဴေရာင္ေလးေတြပါ။ ႏိုင္ငံေရးဆိုတာကိုလဲ နားမလည္ပါဘူး။ ျပည္သူေတြကို ေမ့ျပီး ဦးခင္ညႊန္႔ကိုမွ ေက်းဇူးသိတတ္ျပတာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ အားလံုးဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႔ မိဘေတြ၊ ေက်းဇူးရွင္ေတြပါ။ အဲဒီေက်းဇူးကို သူတို႔ေရာ သူ႔မိသားစုကပါ မေမ့ဘူးဆိုတာ က်ေနာ္ ရဲရဲ အာမခံေပးပါတယ္ ခဗ်ာ။

    ၁၉၈၈ ခု စက္တင္ဘာ ၁၈, ေသနတ္မွန္ ၿပီး ဒဏ္ရာရေနတဲ့ အက်ႌအျဖဴ လံုခ်ည္အစိမ္းနဲ႔ ေက်ာင္းသူ ေလးကို ဂ်ဴတီကုတ္အျဖဴ၀တ္ ထားတဲ့ ဆရာ၀န္ႏွစ္ဦးက ဆြဲေျပးေနတဲ့ပံုပါ။ ဒီဓာတ္ပံုကို မျမင္ဖူးတဲ့လူ မရွိပါဘူး။

    I know him. very well. ' Min Thein ' ( From Thu WaNa Township and his father was from ' Myay Tine Htar Na - ka director ).

    It was reported that he died of cerebral malaria ' affecting to kidneys ' ....

    It is true what is in this article.

    He was in the state of ' Bae Thu Ko - Yone Ya Mar Lae ? ' attitude in his mind, as he was too scared of almost everyone he encountered. That was how his brain had been implanted. That must be the ' tricks/ Tactics ' M I used making him to be in such state/ situation.

    It just needs to be 'added' more facts. I am not intending to do so.

    This is one of the examples of atrocities. Lots of people need to know lots of things.

    " To follow the orders '
    " Just to do the jobs ' .. are not the excuses. Things have to be ' case by case ' basis.

    Just wait and see ..the time will come. There are 4 reasons to be taken for all crimes in Legal fields. These reasons of punishment are :

    * Deterrent
    * Retributive
    * Reformative
    * Rehabilitation

    ( correct me if I am wrong )

    In such kind of crimes.. deterrent action needs to be done. Or else, the whole world will be full of ' crimes '.

    Deterrent action does not imply ' revenge' . Saying ' sorry ' and ' Kan Kan Eet Ah Kyo ' and ' Kan C Mann Yar Khan KYa Ya Tar '.
    ...such words are usually coined by some ' medical negligent cases ' in Myanmar and also in this case - " Hnate Set NYinn Pan Thu "

    Myanmar Buddhists people are intrinsically ' forgiving ' kind of person. Abusing the ' Forgiving attitude of honest and simple Myanmar People is neither unforgiving and unforgettable.

    Don't get me wrong. This is not ' revenge ' . This is not ' Vendetta '.

    And people becomes ' not dutiful and irresponsible '.

    Likewise what they said, 'Justice', Justice has to be done. This is not ' singled out' case. There are numerous cases like this/ similar to this. Yes ! ......Numerous cases. pertaining to such responsible person alone.
