တနသာၤရီတုိင္းေဒသႀကီး (လ၀က) တိုင္း ညႊန္ႀကားေရးမွဴး ဦးေအာင္မင္းဦး ၏ လာဘ္စားမႈမ်ား

ျမိတ္ျမိဳ ့တြင္ ေပ်ာက္ဆံုး ပ်က္စီး မွတ္ပံုတင္ ျပန္လည္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားရာတြင္
ထား၀ယ္ရိွ တုိင္းညႊန္ႀကားေရမႈး ဦးေအာင္မင္းဦး လက္မွတ္ ထိုးေပးရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။

အျဖစ္အပ်က္မ်ားစြာ ထဲက အျဖစ္အပ်က္တစ္ခုကို တင္ျပပါမည္ ။

ယခု ျမိတ္ျမိဳ ့တြင္ ေပ်ာက္ဆံုးပ်က္စီး၍ျပန္လည္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားေသာ မွတ္ပံုတင္ အေရအတြက္ 60 ခန္
့ရိွပါသည္ ။ တိုင္းလ၀က ညႊန္ႀကားေရမူး ဦးေအာင္မင္းဦထံ လက္ေဆာင္၊ ေငြေပးသူမ်ားသာ ျပန္လည္ရရိွသည္။

က်န္သူမ်ားမွာ အေႀကာင္း အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ျပ၍ အခ်ိန္ဆြဲ ကာ လက္မွတ္မထုိးေပးဘဲ အခ်ိဳဳ ့မွာ သံုးလေက်ာ္ေလးလခန္ ့ ႀကာျမင့္တဲ ့အထိ မရသူမ်ားလည္း ရိွသည္ ။ မွတ္ပံုတင္
မရရိွသူမ်ားသည္ ျမိဳ ့နယ္ ရံုးသို ့အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ သြားေရာက္ပီးေျပာဆိုေသာ္လည္း ျမိဳ နယ္ရံုး မွ တာ၀န္ယူေဆာင္ရြတ္ေပးျခင္း မရိွဘဲ ပိုက္ဆံသာ ေတာင္းခံသည္။

ေနာက္ဆံုးအဆင့္တြင္ ဦးေအာင္မင္းဦး လက္မွတ္ ထိုးမွသာလည္း ထို မွတ္ပံုတင္မ်ားျပန္လည္ရရိွ
မည္ျဖစ္ေႀကာင္း ႏွင့္ လက္ေဆာင္ႏွင့္ေငြမ်ားကို တစ္ခါတည္းေပးရန္ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါသည္ ။

ေခက္မွီတိုးတက္ေသာႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ ဆီသို ့ေလွ်ာက္လွမ္းေနေသာ အခ်ိန္တြင္ ထိုကဲ ့သို႔
့အက်င့္ပ်က္ လာဘ္စားေနေသာ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို အေရးယူရန္ တင္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။

ျမိ္တ္ျမိဳ ့မွ ေပးပို ့ပါသည္။

    Investigate further.

    If proved it is true. ........( It will not be difficult to prove true, if it is wrong doing )

    Give effective deterrent action to prevent further recurrence.

    As a role model.....take full action to THOSE CONCERNED.

    Without hesitation. Accelerate and ACT FULLY and NOW .

    No Mercy ! No consideration !

    Make it as ' Role Model ' ...

    not for 10 years. for the sake of eternity for Myanmar. .. And publish in Major newspaper and other media on front pages or second front pages .....so also in Radio and T V .

    as ' Anti corruption activity NEWS SECTION ' . .. do it as ' topical topics '

    Such topic should by published ' weekly ' basis ..... 'weekly basis ' ........with such heading and how actions are being taken ......that is . ..to GAIN PUBLIC CONFIDENCE ........it is good to be with ' photographs of such offenders ' . ' Name and Shame ' activity, that is called.

    အစိုးရအေနနဲ.က မွတ္ပံုတင္လုပ္ခ ႏႈန္းထားသတ္မွတ္ေပးျပီးရင္
    ေပ်ာက္ဆံုးပ်က္ဆီးအတြက္ ဘယ္လိုလုပ္မယ္ဆိုတာ သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္ထုတ္ျပန္ထားသင့္တယ္ ဒဏ္ရိုက္မွာလား
    ခ်က္ခ်င္းျပန္လဲေပးမွာလား ဘာညာေပါ့

    ကိုယ့္တာ၀န္ ကိုယ္မလုပ္တဲ့သူကို တာ၀န္ရွိတဲ့ေနရာမ်ိဳးမွာ မထားသင့္ပါ ၊ကိုယ့္တာ၀န္ဆိုတာ လာဘ္စားတာပဲလို႔ ခံယူထားသူဆိုရင္ေတာ့ သူ႔အထက္ကတာ၀န္ရွိတဲ့သူက ဒီလူ႔ကို တာ၀န္အတိုင္း ဖယ္ထုတ္ေပးရမွာပါလို႔ အႀကံျပဳခ်င္ပါတယ္။

    ဘိတ္မွာ ဒီထက္မက လာဘ္စားမွုုေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ရိွေနေသးတယ္ဆို တာသိေစခ်င္တယ္။ ဒီလူေတြကို ဘယ္လို အေရးယူေဆာင္ရြက္ သင္ ့လဲ?

    My suggestion will be

    " Lu Khwell Pa lite " .. displace them to other region to live. The nearest one is Maw La Myaing.

    They all have to move out of this area. This is the most gentle way of dealing with this ' bad habit ' .
    They have to displace with their own expense/ they have to find new jobs by themselves.

    OR Else

    They have to taken action as ' Kyaw Zaww Hmu ' ..Or Suspension from current positions.

    Choose young blood ones to replace their position .

    The Essential thing is ' Make sure all staff's income has to meet both ends'. Win Ngwe and Htwet Ngwe .. Hmya-Ta Pa Zay.

    A number of ' old habit people ' . .even if they are ' stable' . .they do not feel enough. And their ' concepts implanted in their brain ' .still persuading to commit such ' bribery ' and ' corruption '

    The country will never ever rise. Sink and sink and sink and sink further and further .

    They are the ' biggest enemy ' of the country and human society.

    The whole admin, to be changed.
    Group of people notorious of ' bribery and etc ' to be displaced. / fined / imprisoned in accordance with law ....and the rest are to be ' educated.

    The whole Mergui ( 'Bate ' ) is to be overhauled. It has been a long long time since B S P P era. The Chinese descendents, Malay descendents. ........all casino/ gamblers. .....couriers/ carriers/ Old timed Blackmarketeers.

    They think they can rule the world by themselves.

    Prove them that is not true.

    The whole town people needs assembly in City Townhsll for 1- 2 hours to discuss of ' Public Forum ' . Topic should be

    ' Blackened days of Corrupted Mergui'( ' Bate ') ..what we need to change for our new younger generation with new attitude. "

    This is the by and large smoothest and the most effective method..I will like to suggest.

    Overhaul the whole town, if it is so , as u said ( as Aung said ) .
