What “By-Election” means to you
Days were past. Weeks were gone and the past months were left behind. The activities for by-elections are speedy progressed. The by-elections are approaching. It is now around the corner.
The promising campaigns are still progressing daily. The organizations of NLD party are also pro-actively traveling far and wide, from so many miles to so many miles and nationwide so they could fulfill unfinished tasks and commitments that are outstanding.
We could hear the crowds. We could see the crowds. We could understand the crowds and their desire We could measure it by watching them. The leaders of NLD are encompassed by the crowds which indicates that encouragement in reforming and changes to be made to save from our poverty-stricken life and to establish democratic system and implementation of human rights.
It was on the 9th of February during the gathering NLD youth members the NLD leader Ms Aung San Suu Kyi urges the young generation to respect people, to value people and to focus on the by elections.
Having talked about by-elections I thought it would be my pleasure in sharing my findings and knowledgeable experience with all readers and the young generations if I could write a few things about “ by-elections “. I am certain that it is highly knowledgeable experience for the young generations and the respectable citizens of Myanmar. Everyone in the country knows about the elections and voting as such.
Frankly speaking, by-election known as a special election as it is an election to fill a political office that becomes vacant between regularly scheduled elections. Regular scheduled elections are run every four years which everyone is aware of. Now this by-election has also been called as a constituency election.
There are two types of constituencies and the first one is In-Single-member constituencies and the second one is In-Multi-member constituencies.
