၇ ႏွစ္ၾကာ အလုပ္လက္မ့ဲျဖစ္ေနတ့ဲ ဦးခင္ညြန္႔ အလုပ္ရပါျပီ။ သူ႔ကုိ အလုပ္ေပးမယ့္သူက ေဇကမၻာေဒါက္တာဦးခင္ေရႊျဖစ္တယ္၊ ရမယ့္ ရာထူးက ျမရိပ္ညိဳ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းမွာ နာယကျဖစ္တယ္ လုိ႔ RFA အသံလႊင့္ဌာန ၀က္ဆုိက္မွာ ဒီကေန႔ ေရးထားပါတယ္။

ဦးခင္ညြန္႔ လြတ္ေျမာက္တ့ဲေန႔တုန္းက သူ႔ဆီ အရင္ဦးဆုံး သြားေရာက္ ေတြ႔ဆုံ စကားေျပာဆုိတ့ဲသူေတြထဲမွာ ေဒါက္တာဦးခင္ေရႊလည္း ေရွ႕ဆုံးက ပါ၀င္သူပါ။ အဲဒီကတည္းက ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းမွာ ၀င္လုပ္ေပးဖုိ႔ ေျပာခ့ဲတာလည္း ျဖစ္နုိင္ပါတယ္။

ဒါဆုိရင္ ျမရိပ္ညိဳ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္း ဘာလဲ?

ျမရိပ္ညိဳ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းဟာ ျပီးခ့ဲတ့ဲႏွစ္ ေအာက္တိုဘာလလယ္မွာ စတင္ ေပၚေပါက္လာတာပါ။ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တ့ဲ သတင္းေတြ ရန္ကုန္ထုတ္ဂ်ာနယ္အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားမွာ ပါ၀င္ခ့ဲပါတယ္။

၂၀၁၁ ႏုိ၀င္ဘာမွာ ဦးခင္ေရႊရဲ႕ ေခြ်းမ သ႐ုပ္ေဆာင္ နႏၵာလိႈင္ကလည္း True News ဂ်ာနယ္ကို ဒီလုိ ေျပာပါတယ္။

“ျမရိပ္ညိဳ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းကို အစ္မရဲ႕ ေယာကၡမ ျဖစ္တဲ့ ဦးခင္ေရႊက သိန္းတစ္ေသာင္း မတည္ၿပီး စတင္ တည္ေထာင္ ေပးခဲ့တယ္။ အဲဒီ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္း ထူေထာင္ၿပီး ေနာက္ပိုင္း ပခုကၠဴ ၿမိဳ႕မွာ ေရႀကီးမႈ ျဖစ္ပြား ခဲ့တယ္။ ေရႀကီးမႈ ျဖစ္ပြား ခဲ့တဲ့ ပခုကၠဴ ၿမိဳ႕အျပင္ ပခုကၠဴ ၿမိဳ႕က ရြာတခ်ိဳ႕ကို လိုအပ္ တာေတြ လွဴဒါန္းမႈ ျပဳလုပ္ ခဲ့တယ္”

၂၀၁၁ ႏုိ၀င္ဘာလမွာ ဦးခင္ေရႊရဲ႕သား ဦးေဇသီဟက ေပၚျပဴလာသတင္းဂ်ာနယ္ကုိ အခုလုိ ေျပာပါတယ္။

“မိဘမဲ့ ကေလးေတြ နဲ႔ သက္ႀကီးရြယ္အိုေတြကို ကုမၸဏီက ဟိုတယ္၊ စားေသာက္ဆုိင္တုိ႔၊ ဘုရား၊ တိရစၧာန္႐ံု၊ ေဂါက္ကြင္း၊ ႐ုပ္ရွင္႐ံု စတဲ့ ေနရာေတြမွာ တစ္ေနကုန္ သူတို႔ ေပ်ာ္ေအာင္ထားၿပီး ျပန္ပို႔ေပးမယ့္ အစီအစဥ္မ်ဳိး လုပ္မွာပါ” လုိ႔

ဒါဆုိရင္ ျမရိပ္ညိဳ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းဟာ ပညာေရး၊ က်န္းမာေရး၊ ယဥ္ေက်းမႈ ဆုိင္ရာ အကူအညီေတြေပးမယ့္ အဖဲြ႔ပါ။

ဦးခင္ညြန္႔က လူေတြကုိ ဖမ္းျပီးႏွိပ္စက္တ့ဲေနရာမွာ စပယ္ရွယ္လစ္ျဖစ္ခ့ဲတ့ဲ စစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးေတြရဲ႕ အႀကီးအကဲေဟာင္း ဆုိေတာ့ အင္း ... ဒီေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းကုိသာ အမွန္တကယ္ ဦးေဆာင္ျဖစ္ခ့ဲရင္ ဘာေတြ ျဖစ္လာမယ္ မသိေတာ့ပါဘူးေလ။

    they don't have to.

    that is the whoever government' duty.

    That is constitutional duty .
    Not their duty .

    they don't have to 'Ta Gar Khan '

    The real point is ' government must have revenue and all ministries and related organizations within government have to work good and efficient way. Good system has to be implemented in government.

    That is government's duty. One can not do in lieu of government's duty. In fact, they took money from revenue and they are doing that job is ' meaningless' . They like to have their name ' graved and impressed ' on the stones.

    It is them who stole money. and
    it is them who like to ' WaytanTaYar ' . Bullshit !

    this is called ' carrot and stick story ' .- MeeSa TaPhet - YayMote TaPhet ...they made people poor..and they like people ( poor people) to impressed them as ' saviors '.

    The main point is ' government has to have money' and ' people has to have money '

    charity organization can not use as ' personal or politacal gain ' . especially during this ' Chin Butt ' period.

    U Khin Shwe earning money is ' TaMarArrZeeWa " lar. He should declare his money publicly how he possessed and after all things sorted out in view of ' Country revenue ' ..he can do whatever he likes his own money.

    he has to show and declare first. The same things apply to others.

    Look ! this will not end here. This will be history and people are watching. Poor people cannot do it and will not do it . They are just 'people of needs ' and whatever they can, they will take it . They will not raise any issues.

    Do not make people Poor and then try to help them again . ..that is the ' bloody Htauk Hlan Yay . .. Chawt Lite, Chauk lite, Nyin Sae Lite ' .. that is called ' Carrot and Stick story'

    Government has to be rich. and revenue has to be used - not to be abused. Not to be stolen .

    What business? How much tax you have paid? Underpaid ? Reasons? then pay the fine as welll.

    In the world - everyone pay tax including president/ parliamentarian/ ..everyone.

    in myanmar, there is no ' computer system of recording / audit etc '.. people can steal as much as they like. No Audit. No SaYin Shin Tan .

    Especially those who have access to steal .
    do it . but don't take ADVANTAGES.

    Actually Reverse is true.

    Irrawaddy and all websites should record and publish . time after time, even not always. ..of what they have done to all in jail . cruelly and without humanity.

    that is how we have to remember all the time and not forget.

    For eg. If you go to AyodaYa in Thailand, they keep those ' destroyed buildings ' as heritage and remembrance.

    That does not mean to revenge.

    That is the history .

    Even not ' always' , but have to show ' time after time' . that is also a kind of psychotherapy. Grievance action as well.
