I'm one of the ASEAN member of Myanmar in 1999.I've ever attended ASEAN meeting in Singapore.The delegate never stand the sign when they want to speak.Anyone must not stand their sign as they like.Anyone can not speak if they want .Evey delegate can speak according to the agenda as country alphabet letter.Delegate must book two days before who want to speak.

I think there is someone who is using my name (May). I know who it is. Please use self name. If you dare to give a comment, why don't you dare to use your real name. Don't change the name frequently. It is useless because by seeing the writing style, everybody know who wrote. Don't forget you said I am poor in English. So, it is not good if you write with my name since your English is so much smart. If you have an optimistic view for everyone, nobody may criticize you. Come on!

I want to response to the comments from “Real delegate of MMR”.
You should not say that the second “Anonymous is a liar”.
After I’ve read his comment I don’t see anything what he said was not true.
I would like to echo the second “Anonymous” remark which is correct.
If you were the genuine “Real delegate of MMR” you should know this practice of raising the country’s name plate to the upright position when the participant wants to say something or wants to deliver the speech.
You said you were one of the members of Myanmar Delegation attended the ASEAN Meeting in Singapore in 1999.
If so, did you attend the ASEAN Summit/ ASEAN Ministerial Meetings/ ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF)/ ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting (SOM)/ ASEAN Working Group Meetings? (or)
Were you the member of the Myanmar Delegation to ASEAN Meetings from the Ministry of Information?
On the one hand, I don’t want to say that Irrawaddy was wrong. But on the other hand, I don’t want to argue with you. Please mind your words!
At present, even if the President U Thein Sein and his government wants to listen to the constructive valuable criticisms, why can’t we accept the same.
