My anonymous friend, you did a great job. I believe she intended to make the reporters clearly understand her. Plus, she speaks American English that simple most of the time. You only need some minor corrections.
I made it clear that he and those who support that vision - which he laid out for me, both inside and outside of government - will have our support as they continue to make progress, and that the United States is willing to match actions with actions. So, we're not at the point yet that we can consider lifting sanctions that we have in place because of our ongoing concerns about policies that have to be reversed but any steps that the government takes will be carefully considered and will be - as I said - matched because we want to see political and econmic reform take hold. And I told the leadership that we will certainly consider the easing and elimination of sanctions as we go forward in this process together. We welcome positive, constructive relations between China and her neighbors. We think that in China's interest as well as the neighborhood's interest.--------------------------
    Thank you.

To the second poster, American English is NOT simpler, inferior or wrong in any way. (This is what MANY Burmese mistakenly believe.)In fact, even British native English speakers are now using Americanisms, American usage and American pronunciations of some words due to the political, economic and social powers of the US.

To the first poster, the following is what I THINK she said, and I put the words you PROBABLY misheard in parentheses. I hope this helps.

(I)made it clear... that he and those who supports that vision which (he laid out for me).. both inside and outside of government will have our (support) as they (continue) to make progress and that united states (is) willing to matches action with action. (So) we're not at the point yet that we can consider lifting sanctions that we have in place because of our ongoing concerns about policies that have to be reversed. But any steps that the government takes will be carefully considered and will be as I said matched because we want to see political and economic reform take (hold).and I told (the) leadership that we will certainly consider the easing and the elmination of (sanctions) as we go forward in this process together. We welcome positive constructive relations between China and her neighbors. We think (that’s = that is) in China's interest as well as in the neighborhood's interest.

It is believed that the first five comments were made anonymously by four contributors. So I am the fifth anonymous if there would be non in between. Out of us five, the fourth anonymous was an IDIOT as he seemed to be hypocritical in his words.
Don't fume over it since I am an IDIOT too for making such a wasteful nonsense.

This is not my concern. But I notice someone calling someone else an idiot and themselves stupid. ( I think they were directing their comment at the one who talked about American English, which I personally think was a little pretentious.) Everyone had been civil until that comment showed up. I didn't see any hypocrisy in anyone's comment. Hypocrisy is when you don't practice what you preach. So the comment was totally irrelevant. What's more, attacking someone personally for their belief or claim negates any valid argument you may have had. If you want to prove someone wrong, then go ahead. If this is how OUR educated people argue, then we will certainly need a lot of luck in developing our country. By the way, nonsense is an uncountable noun and you can't use it with an indefinite article. And 'making a wasteful nonsense' does not make sense. Still, not knowing it makes you a stupid person; it is how you label other people without rhyme or reason that makes you one.
