Such topic should by published ' weekly ' basis ..... 'weekly basis ' ........with such heading and how actions are being taken ......that is . ..to GAIN PUBLIC CONFIDENCE ........it is good to be with ' photographs of such offenders ' . ' Name and Shame ' activity, that is called.
