ဦးသိန္းစိန္ႏွင့္ စကၠန္႔ ၉၀

ဇန္နဝါရီလ ၃၀ ရက္ေန႔က သမၼတ ဦးသိန္းစိန္ကို Straits Times သတင္းစာက ရွန္ဂရီလာဟိုတယ္မွာ အင္တာဗ်ဴးပါတယ္။ Straits Times က ဓာတ္ပံုဂ်ာနယ္လစ္ Desmond Lim က ဦးသိန္းစိန္ကို ဓာတ္ပံု႐ိုက္ပါတယ္။ Desmond Lim ကို ဓာတ္ပံုဂ်ာနယ္လစ္ Samuel နဲ႔ Lim Wui Liang တို႔က မီးထိုး မွန္ကိုင္ ကူၾကပါတယ္။

ပထမပိုင္းမွာ ျမန္မာအစိုးရ အရာရွိေတြက ဓာတ္ပံုေပးမ႐ိုက္ဘူးဆိုၿပီး လုပ္ေနပါတယ္တဲ့၊ ဒါေပမယ့္ ေနာက္ေတာ့ ညွိလို႔ရသြားတယ္။ အဲဒါနဲ႔ အခြင့္အေရးရတုန္း တက္သုတ္႐ိုက္ၿပီး ႐ိုက္ရတာေပါ့ေလ။

ရတဲ့အခြင့္အေရးေလးကို သံုးၿပီး စကၠန္႔ ၉၀ အတြင္း ဓာတ္ပံုဆရာေတြ ဘယ္လို ႐ိုက္ယူရတယ္ဆိုတာကို မွတ္တမ္းတင္ထားတာပါ။

ဦးသိန္းစိန္က “မဂၢဇင္းထြက္လို႔ရွိရင္ ငါ့ဆီအရင္ပို႔ေပးလိုက္” လို႔ ေျပာသံ ၾကားရပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကို ဘာသာျပန္ၿပီး ေျပာခိုင္းတာပါ။

    The visiting leader use ' interpreter' even he/she can say such foreign language. English/ Or / French or etc.

    For instance, even English leader understand and can speak French very well. ....they speak only English when they go to France. and likewise. everyone in the world.

    Except for the special occasion.

    In this case, U Thein Sein is doing the right thing and doing right channel.

    Even he can say English, he does not . He does not need to . And he is to speak Myanmar and interpreter ( in this case U Lwin ) has to interpret for him.

    This is diplomacy. You need to know. as a general knowledge.

    သမၼတၾကီးက မဂၢဇင္းနဲ ့သတင္းစာမွားေျပာတာ၊ နီးစပ္မွုရွိပါတယ္။ရုတ္တရက္ဆိုေတာ့ မွားေလာက္ပါတယ္။ စကားျပန္က Article (ေဆာင္းပါး) ဆိုၿပီး ျပန္လိုက္တာပဲ ဆိုးပါတယ္။ သမၼတကိုေတာ့ ေျဖေတြး ေတြးေပးတယ္၊ စကားျပန္ကိုလည္း---အင္း-- ေျဖေတြး ေတြးေပးပါတယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံအတြက္ အေရးပါတဲ့ စကားမ်ိဳးေတြက်ရင္၊ ပိုၿပီးသတိရွိပါလို ့ေတာ့၊ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္စိတ္ကို အရင္းတည္ၿပီး အၾကံျပဳပါတယ္။

    I AGREE WITH YOU BUT IT'S NOT REALLY OFFICIAL SPEECH NOR TALK NOR DISCOURSE. HE WAS FREE TO EXPRESS AT THE MOMENT. OTHERWISE IT SHOWS THAT BURMA IS NOT FREE AS YET TO EXPRESS ONESELF EVEN IN THE MEASURE OF COLLOQUIAL. WHERE IS THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH? thanks!
