    Opening new library is good but why you have written the name of Library with the name of Aungsan Pinlong. Aungsan and Pinlong are quite different meaning. Aungsan is the name of General Aung San(Aung San Su Kyi's father name). Pinlong is the name of Southern Shan State. You think that you can do everything what you want. You are the person who have created many problem in the past, even now non stop doing problem. No one can believe in what you are doing, as everyone knows about Pinlong agreement,it has become Pinlong disagreement. You also talk about Second Pinlong agreement. Although you do it I am sure you will create Second Pinlong Disagreement.

    In brief, I strong disagree with the name of Aung San Pinlong Library. What is your aim you have fixed the name of it? I know the purpose of what you are doing is the same with the aim of New Goverment(Thein Sein).
