ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္မွဴးႀကီးသန္းေရႊ၊ သူ႔ေျမး ဖုိးလျပည့္ နဲ႔ ပါ၀ါႀကီးတယ္လုိ႔ ယူဆရသူမ်ားရဲ႕ နာမည္ကုိ သုံးျပီး AA Medical Products Ltd က ဗုိလ္က် အႏုိင္က်င့္ေနတယ္ တ့ဲ။ ဧရာ၀တီကုိ ေရာက္လာတ့ဲ စာတေစာင္ကုိ ေဖာ္ျပလုိက္ပါတယ္။

မေျပာင္းလဲေသးတဲ့ တရားစီရင္ေရး

အဂတိလိုက္စားမႈ၊ အလြဲသံုးစားမႈ၊ လာဘ္စားမႈေတြဟာ ျပည္သူေတြအတြက္ ၀န္ထုပ္၀န္ပို္းေတြျဖစ္ေနလို႔ နိုင္ငံေတာ္တည္ ေဆာက္ေရးမွာ အတားအဆီးအေႏွာက္အယွက္ ေတြျဖစ္ေနတာေၾကာင့္ က်ဴးလြန္သူေတြကို အေရးယူအျပစ္ေပးေနပါတယ္လို႔ သမၼတႀကီးေျပာသြားခဲ့တာကို နားေထာင္လိုက္ရပါတယ္။ သမၼတႀကီးက အေရးယူေနတယ္ လို႔ေျပာေနေပမဲ့လည္း အဂတိလုိက္စားမႈေတြ လာဘ္စားမႈေတြ မတရားမႈမ်ားရွိေနပါတယ္ဆိုတာ သမၼတႀကီးႏွင့္ အမ်ားျပည္သူအား သိေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။

ေထာင္ခ်မခံလိုပါက ေငြေပးခိုင္းၿပီး ေငြရရွိခ်ိန္တြင္ ေငြရတန္ဖိုးမျပဘဲ ညွိႏႈိင္းေျပလည္သြားေၾကာင္း အမႈရုတ္သိမ္းခြင့္ ေတာင္းခံတာကို တရားရံုးကလည္း(ေငြယူထားျခင္းေၾကာင့္) မသိဟန္ေဆာင္ကာ အမႈပိတ္ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ၄င္းကုမၸဏီမွ လုပ္ႀကံဖန္တီး သည့္ အမႈတစ္မႈဟာ အနည္းဆံုးသိန္းတစ္ေထာင္ရွိၿပီး ၂၀၀၅ ခုႏွစ္ကေန ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္ထိ ေဆးတဆင့္ေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားကို လီဆယ္ အမႈဖြင့္ၿပီး ေတာင္းယူခဲ့ေသာေငြပမာဏမွာ က်ပ္ေငြမွာ ကုေဋတစ္ေထာင္ခန္႔ရွိတယ္လို႔သိရပါတယ္။

မတရားစြပ္စြဲခံရသည့္အမႈျဖစ္လို႔ မလုပ္ေပးၾကသည့္ ရဲ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ တရားသူႀကီးမ်ားကို အထက္လူႀကီးမ်ားသို႔ မမွန္မကန္ လိမ္လည္တိုင္ၾကားကာ ဒုကၡေပးပါတယ္။ လိမ္လည္တိုင္ၾကားတာကို အထက္မွမသိရွိပဲ မတရားဖိအားေပးသည့္ဒဏ္ကို မခံနိုင္ၾကသည့္ ပန္းဘဲတန္းရဲစခန္းမွဴး ဘုန္းေက်ာ္ညႊန္႔ တရားသူႀကီးေဟာင္း ေရွ႕ေနဦးစိုးၾကည္တို႔ဟာ ႀကိဳးဆြဲခ်ေသသည္အထိ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။

မတရားမွန္းသိေသာ္လည္း တိုင္ၾကားအေရးယူနိုင္ျခင္းမရွိတဲ့အတြက္ ဥပေဒမဲ႔မတရားအနိုင္က်င့္တဲ့ အလုပ္ေတြကို ပိုလုပ္လာၾကပါတယ္။ အဓိကလုပ္ေနတဲ့သူမ်ားကေတာ့ ဦးျမတ္သင္းေအာင္၊ ဦးေဇာ္မိုးခိုင္၊ ေဒါက္တာ ေဒၚေစာေနႏြယ္၊ ေက်ာ္ေဇာ္ေအာင္၊ ထြန္းလွျဖဴ၊ ေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္စိုး တို႔ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေက်ာ္ေဇာေအာင္မွ ယခင္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးျပဳတ္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ထြန္းလွျဖဴ၊ ေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္စိုးတို႔မွာ အက်င့္စာရိတၱမေကာင္းသည့္အတြက္ စသံုးလံုးႏွင့္ ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔မွ အေရးယူခဲ့လို႔ ျပဳတ္လာသူမ်ားျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

၄င္းတို႔လုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့အက်င့္အတိုင္း ဒီလိုမ်ိဳးမတရားလုပ္ႀကံဖို႔အတြက္ ၀န္ထမ္းေတြကိုလည္း ခိုင္းေစပါတယ္။ ကုမၸဏီ၀န္ထမ္း မ်ားထဲမွ အဆင္မေျပေသာ ခိုင္းတဲ့အတိုင္းမလုပ္နိုင္တဲ့ ၀န္ထမ္းေတြကိုလည္း လစာမေပးပဲ လေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ဒုကၡေပးၿပီး အလုပ္သမားရံုး သို႔တိုင္ၾကားမွသာ အလုပ္သမားရံုးမွာ လစာထုတ္ေပးပါတယ္။ အလုပ္သမားရံုးတြင္ လစာထုတ္ၿပီး အျပန္မွာေတာ့ လစာလာထုတ္တဲ့ ၀န္ထမ္းကို ရဲႏွင့္ဖမ္းခိုင္းၿပီး အလြဲသုံုးစားလုပ္မႈ၊ ခိုးမႈျဖင့္ အမႈအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးတပ္ကာ အခ်ဳပ္ထဲထည့္ ဒုကၡေပးသည့္နည္းျဖင့္ လက္စားေခ် သည္မွာ အလြန္ေၾကာက္စရာေကာင္းလွပါတယ္။

ဒီလိုမ်ိဳးဥပေဒကိုဂရုမစုိက္ပဲ ရဲစခန္းမ်ား၊ တရားရံုုးမ်ားကို ေငြေပးစည္းရံုးအသံုးခ်ၿပီး လူအမ်ားကို အခ်ဳပ္ထဲထည့္ ေငြညစ္မႈမ်ား လုပ္လာသျဖင့္ ေဆးကုမၸဏီမွာ မာဖီးယားဂိုဏ္းလုိမ်ိဳး တျဖည္းျဖည္းဆိုးရြားလာေနပါတယ္။ ရဲစခန္းမ်ား၊ တရားရံုးမ်ား၊ အစိုးရေရွ႕ေန မ်ားမွာလည္း ေငြယူထားၿပီး ယခင္အစိုးရလက္ထက္လူႀကီးနာမည္မ်ားကို တြင္တြင္သံုးေနျခင္းေၾကာင့္ အမွန္အတိုင္းမဆံုးျဖတ္ရဲဘဲ အျပစ္မရွိသူမ်ားေငြမေပးနိုင္လွ်င္ အခ်ဳပ္က်ေထာင္က်ျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ အျပစ္မရွိေၾကာင္းမွန္ကန္ေပမဲ့ ေငြေၾကးအင္အား ၾသဇာအရွိန္အ၀ါ မရွိျခင္းေၾကာင့္ မတရားလုပ္အနိုင္က်င့္သူလူတစ္စုကို ေၾကာက္ရြံ႔ေနၾကရပါတယ္။

    မရွင္းလုိ႔ ေမးပါရေစ။ ပစၥည္းဘုိးရွင္းေပးတဲ႔ အခါေငြရေျပစာကုိဘာလုိ႔ မေတာင္းထားတာလဲခင္ဗ်။ အဲ႔ဒီေလာက္တရားလက္လြတ္ႀကီးေတာ႔ မျဖစ္ႏုိင္ဘူးထင္ရတယ္၊ ဒီဖက္ကလဲ အားနည္းခ်က္ တခုခုေတာ႔ရွိ ပါလိမ္႔မယ္။

    I think it might be commercial dispute and Irrawaddy should not bias on unconfirmed incidents. As a duty of journalism, they have to find out real story behind in stead of anyhow publish a news.

    AA medical ကယၡင္ကုန္သြယ္ေရး၀န္ႀကီးဦးထြန္းၾကည္သမိးေတြဖြင့္တယ္လို႔သိထားတာ၊လွည္းတန္းျပည္ျမန္မာကုန္တိုက္ကလည္းစီးပြားကူးသန္းပိုင္လိုသိထားတယ္။ဦထြန္းၾကည္သမီလက္ထဲကေနဘယ္သူလုသြားသလည္းမသိဘူးခုကုန္တိုက္ပိတ္ထားတယ္။ပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈအညင္းပြာေနတယ္လို႔သိရတယ္။ဟုတ္မဟုတ္သတင္းသမားေတြလိုက္ၾကပါ။

    I heard that U Phone Kyaw Nyut left a letter before he did suicide.He wrote "NOT TO MEET AA PHARMACY IN NEXT LIVES".It is a true and sad story

    I heard that one of customers ordered a lot of medicines from AA and didn't pay money, close the shop and ran away. I heard that this case is at the court & the thief's family is bad mouthing about AA.

    I am a Myanmar staff of a NGO based in USA. When Myanmar office of our NGO need some distribution service for the health related products in the rural area of Myanmar, our Myanmar office colleagues request us the clearance of using AA services.
    As part of our NGO’s SOPs under the US and UK sanction regulations, our head office request US government agencies and British government agencies for background check and the clearance so that we can work with AA in Myanmar. Our NGO got the Clarence from both US and British gov’t agencies to use AA services in Myanmar. It proves that AA is neither a crony company nor notorious mafia like mentioned in this post.
    I am not speaking for AA. I do not know what are the dispute of payment between AA and his customer. WHAT I FEEL SAID IS OUR DEMOCRATIC MEDIA IS BEING ABUSED FOR PERSONAL MATTER. It taint the image of Democratic Irrawaddy media and we, the bloggers who believe in democracy and freedom of press.

    AA Medical Company is located near my house. I live in 35th Street. I always see lots & lots of AA Medical staffs. They are coming and attending the office daily. I think hundred of peoples get jobs due to AA. We don't know who is writing the attached letter (1-A,1-B, 2-A, 2-B).
    Is he a good person or not?
    Compare to AA who provide jobs for our people and unknow persons, I think media should think carefully before posting the news.

    ကၽြန္မကေတာ့ AA နဲ႕ ေဆးအေရာင္းအ၀ယ္လုပ္လာတာ (၁၅) ႏွစ္ေက်ာ္ျပီ။ ကၽြန္မတို႕ဆုိင္ကေရာင္းအားေကာင္းလုိ႕ ႏိုင္ငံျခားကို တျခားဆုိင္ေတြနဲ႔အတူ အလည္အပတ္စရိတ္မယူပဲ AA Medical ကပို႕ေပးေသးတယ္။

    I live at 26th Street, Mandalay. There is no such land plot no. 310 at my 26th street. There is no such address so i think something wrong or dirty trick with the attached letter.

    ျဖန္႕ခ်ီေရးကုမၸဏီေတြဟာ နယ္ရုံးေတြမွာ ပိုင္ရွင္ကမထိုင္ႏိုင္ပဲ ၀န္ထမ္းေတြကိုယုံၾကည္ျပီး ပစၥည္းေတြ၊ေငြေတြအပ္ႏွံထားရပါတယ္။ ဘဏ္စနစ္ ၊ online စနစ္၊ ကဒ္စနစ္ေတြက မဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးေသးေတာ့ ေငြသားေတြအမ်ားၾကီးကို ကုိုင္တြယ္ၾကရတယ္။ အက်င့္စာရိတၱမေကာင္းတဲ့ ၀န္ထမ္းတခ်ိဳ႕ က Customer ေတြဆီက ကုန္ဖိုးေငြေတြသိမ္းျပီး ကုမၸဏီကိုျပန္မအပ္ပဲ အလြဲသုံးစားလုပ္ကာ ထြက္ေျပးတာေတြ ၾကဳံေနရပါတယ္။ အမႈမဖြင့္ဘဲ အလုပ္ျဖဳတ္တဲ့အခါ လစ္ရင္ခိုးမယ္။ မိရင္အလုပ္ျပဳတ္ရုံပဲဆုိေတာ့ ပိုပိုျပီးလုပ္ရဲလာၾကပါတယ္။ ခဏခဏျဖစ္လာပါေတာ့တယ္။ အဲဒီသူခိုးေတြက အျခားကုမၸဏီေတြမွာ အလုပ္၀င္ျပီးထပ္လိမ္ၾကတယ္။ ဒါအျပင္ဆုိင္တခ်ိဳ႕ ကလည္း ေရာင္းအားေကာင္းတဲ့ပစၥည္းေတြအေၾကြးမွာျပီး အေၾကြးေစ့တဲ့ေန႕ ေငြမေခ်ဘဲ ထြက္ေျပးသြားတဲ့ case ေတြလည္းရွိပါတယ္။ ေငြျပန္လည္ရရွိေရးညွိႏိႈင္းေတာ့လည္း ေငြညွစ္ပါတယ္ဆိုျပီး မဟုတ္တမ္းတရားေတြစာေရးးျပီး တုိင္သူအမည္လြဲ၊ လိပ္စာမရွွိတာေတြေဖာ္ျပျပီး အစိုးရအရာရွိေတြဆီပို႔ ၾကတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္မတတ္သာပဲ ကုမၸဏီကုိ ကာကြယ္ဖို႔အတြက္ အမႈဖြင့္ရတာလည္းရွိိတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ လည္း မိျပီး၊ တခ်ိဳ႕ လည္းတရားခံေျပးျဖစ္ေနၾကတာေပါ့။ အဲဒီတရားခံေျပးေတြ၊ သူခုိးမိသားစု၀င္ေတြက သူတို႕ ဧ။္အမွားကိုေနာင္တမရ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အၾကီးအကဲေတြ အမႈ႕ ကိုစဥ္းစားဆုံးျဖတ္ရာမွာ အမႈ႕ ကိုမွားယြင္းဆုံးျဖတ္ေစရန္ အမႈဖြင့္တဲ့လူေတြကို မေကာင္းျမင္ျပီး သူခိုးေတြကို သနားလာကာ အျပစ္ေလ်ာ့ေပါ့ဖို႕ ၊ သူခိုးေတြက သူတို႕အျပစ္ေၾကာင့္ ေထာင္က်ရေပမဲ့ အနည္းဆုံးသူတို႕ကိုအမႈဖြင့္တဲ့သူေတြ အရွက္ကြဲရင္ေကာင္းမယ္ဆိုတဲ့စိတ္နဲ႔ ပစ္စာ၊တိုင္စာမ်ားေပးပို႕တာ၊ ယခုလို web site မွာတင္တာေတြလုပ္လာၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ Media ေလာကအေနျဖင့္ မေကာင္းတဲ့လူေတြရဲ႕ လက္ကိုင္တုတ္မျဖစ္ေစေရး၊ မွန္ကန္မွ်တတဲ့သတင္းမ်ားကိုသာ ေဖာ္ျပေရးအတြက္အျမဲတမ္း နားႏွစ္ဘက္နဲ႕ နားေထာင္သင့္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္အထင္ေတာ့ ၀န္ထမ္းရာခ်ီီအမ်ားၾကီးႏွင့္ လည္ပတ္ေနတဲ့ကုမၸဏီၾကီးက ဒီလိုတရားမဲ့၊ ဥပေဒမဲ့အလုပ္ေတြကို လုပ္ေနတယ္ဆိုတာျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါ့မလား ? အဲဒီမွာလုပ္ေနတဲ့ ရာခ်ီတဲ့၀န္ထမ္းေတြကိုေရာ မတရားလုပ္လုိ႕ ရပါ့မလား ? မင္းမဲ့တိုင္းျပည္မွမဟုတ္တာဗ်ာ…..

    Now the time is very dangerous for complaint person because most Company use Police, BSI to make difficult . so some letter is no name, no adress , and other adress it is right and save for complaint person. Company owner is very close to junter so very dangerous . Now our country is undfr detattive( secret police)

    I always attend the Annual Customers Dinner hosted by AA Medical every year. AA always give year end bonus and rewards to customers depend on their purchasing power. A lot of other customers from different states & division always attend the dinner & I always go to dinner early because the dinner is so crowded with customers. I always buy medicines from AA for more than 5 years and it never happen like this. Not only me but also other customers always got bonuses. The attached letter is totally different from real situation. Journalists should check the real story behind and should describe the quality news instead of publish the unconfirmed incidents.

    You all heard about Nan Po Phan case .She murdered by BSI. But No action on that murder case. Ibelieve at lease court inquiry case but No .Why Imean in myanmar there is difficulty law condition. So many people affraid to torture in many way. how they defence , 99% of company catch in hand Police and other intelligence. But I dont know Who is owner of AA but general I said, be paition or wait and see. I advise PLS read about the weekly eleven journal, Yangon Time journal what they write about juiditial field in myanmar. It is special eye glass for all. Thanks to read my idea.

    I am a retired civil servant living in California. I actively involve in a US based NGO focusing on Burma projects. Our recent project include “Democratic reform and Myanmar Judicial Environment” topic. Generally, Burmese Judicial system has basic laws which follow British common laws but there are some weaknesses with implementation/application of these basic laws due to the government influence over judicial system. It is true that there are serious problem in judicial environment especially in field of political detainees. There were mistreatments on political detainees also. There are some corruption problems with some civil law suits.
    As for criminal law suits, Burma situation is not so bad although it is not as good as developed counties. Our research show that criminal court case (except political detainees) at Myanmar court are performing cleaner and fair than courts of Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippine, Thailand . I believe the safe environment on the Street and home of Burma prove it.
    On the basis of our project’s research, we also notice some personal issues generalize and exaggerate that the whole judicial system of Burma is so bad. For example, Eleven Media (publisher of Weekly eleven journal lost a civil law suit over a Burmese liquor producer who use a wording of “Eleven” in their three word brand name. The court decided that Eleven Media group does not have trade mark right “Eleven” brand name in the different industry that they are not doing business. In this AA Medical case, Zin Min Maung Maung and Phyu Hinn Maung Maung have filed a lot of complains against AA for their father, mother (who are on Interpol wanted list for running away with over 200million kyat to overseas from Burma). Our research data show that their parents and brother case is at the Pabedan township court and there have been several investigation/enquiries from various organizations and authorities on this case due to her complains. So far, all investigation/enquiries proved that the court case (filed by AA) is genuine (not framed as complained by two daughters). There is an also similar personal case with Yangon Media reporter over civil court case issue. Perhaps, some personal issues over-shadow and generalize the weakness and strength of Myanmar judicial environment. If we want the real reforms on Burmese judicial environment, all parties should put their personal issue aside and should highlight the exact and correct weakness of Burmese Judicial system. Otherwise, the creditability of the reformers and its reports will be damaged and it consequently leads to the lack of positive result.

    Our NGO will complete the detailed research about “Burmese Judicial Environment “ and will publish the report soon for relevant international organizations, political parties including NLD, Burmese parliament members and Burmese public. We hope this Report will highlight that the area of reforms necessary in Judicial environment of Burma.

    ကၽြန္ေတာ့ေဘးအိမ္ကေကာင္မေလးက AA မွာအလုပ္လုပ္တာ။ သူထူးခၽြန္၀န္ထမ္းဆုရတယ္။ ရတဲ့ဆုေၾကးကမနည္းဘူး။ ဆယ့္ေလးသိန္းရတယ္တဲ့။ သူေကၽြးတဲ့မုန္႕ေတာင္စားလုိက္ရေသးတယ္။ AA မွာ Driver ေတာင္အလုပ္ၾကိဳးစားရင္ဆုရတယ္တဲ့။ ရတဲ့ Driver ဆုေၾကးကလည္းငါးသိန္းေက်ာ္တယ္ေျပာတယ္။ ဟန္က်တာပဲ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့ကုမၸဏီလည္း AA လိုထူးခၽြန္ဆုေတြေပးရင္ေကာင္းမယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လုိ႕ AA အေၾကာင္းမဟုတ္တာေတြ ေရးထားတာလဲဗ်ာ။ မွားေနျပီေနာ္။ ခ်စ္ေသာဧရာ၀တီေရ လူလိမ္ေတြေျပာတုိင္းမေရးပါနဲ႔။ လူလိမ္ေတြနဲ႔ တဂုိဏ္းထဲျဖစ္သြားမွာစိုးလို႕။

    AA ေဆးလုပ္ငန္း တခုထဲတင္ မဟုတ္ဘူး..။ AA group တခုလုံးအေနနဲ႕ကုိ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၊ စီးဖြားဖက္အခ်င္းခ်င္းၾကားမွာ နာမည္သိပ္မေကာင္းဖူး။ လုပ္ငန္းအခ်င္းခ်င္း မတည့္တာ ျပသနာမရွိေပမဲ႕ ကုိယ့္ဝန္ထမ္းေတြအေပၚ ေခါင္းပုံျဖတ္ မေတာ္မတရား ႏုိင္ထက္စီးနင္းမႈမ်ား သာမာန္ထက္ပုိေနတာကေတာ့ ဆုိးလြန္းတယ္။။

    I worked at AA Medical for 4 years in the early 2000’s and left for overseas for my further study and working in Singapore. As per my experience, it is not like what the previous people written. I got good salary and other benefits above market average of at that time when I worked there. Some of the top performing staff including me got a chance to visit vacation trip to many countries. I have been to Thailand and Singapore with customers with the arrangement and expenses of AA. One of my colleague friend, Khin May Zin (who is currently working in Australia) even have been to Singapore, Thailand, Korea & Paris, France at AA expense with wholesale customers since she also a top performing manager.

    What I know about AA Medical is “it is a company which has strict control, discipline in honesty and Integrity. The staff cannot have side income such as bribe/rebate from suppliers & customers, petrol stealing and fake expense claims, etc. But, its salary and other company benefit are well above the average of other companies. It is good work place for the people who want to have the tough training of well disciplined work or working with honesty and discipline. For those people who want to get extra side income via petrol stealing or kick back/bribe or rebate, fake expense claims, etc from the work, pls do not even think to try it. They really prosecute for stealing and misappropriation. I saw some staffs even managers who did misappropriation go to jail.

    When I saw the above posts, I feel sad and I think I should write the truth so that Irrawaddy blog or whatever media can know the truth situation.

    I refer to Anonymous post of May 18, 2012 regarding Nan Po Phan case. I am a friend of Lawyer Daw Aye Aye Aung. Daw Aye Aung was together with Nan Po Phan as her lawyer at BSI office when this accident happened. She told me that BSI did not murderer her. Ma Aye Aye Aung interview with RFA(radio free Asia) has been aired and perhaps, this Anonymous person did not listen it. She also said that because of this accident, there is a special investigation of Ministry of Home Affairs on those BSI officers who handle the land disputes of Nan Po Phan & her Japanese husband and the land brokers. She was recently called to interview as witness by this investigation group for Nan Po Phan case. You may ask Lawyer daw aye aye aung if you need further information. Pls update yourself, Mr or Ms Anonymous.

    dear researcher,i my very glad to read yr letter for thst company, I believe u r not ordinary person old police who work at company before or now.That is no problem but i want to suggest u is pls read and listen the Thu ya U shwe mann speech about our judicial, that wise man said 80%of complaint is 100% right and our great President U thein sein speak after election is show and lesson for servant is that elrction show us before government policy was not good. So pls learn not for only my friend, family look widely ,because other case person will not accept yr pro company and u r retired servant . God bless for all person.

    I was a ex-lecture in Universty of Rangoon more than twenty years ago and I worked for City council office of Los Angeles for more than 15 years as civil servant . I now retired and live with my daughter and grandchildren in California. Unfortunatly, I never been into Police dept and I did not know AA company people. I only shared about the finding of our research project finding and I respect all people who do not accept my findings. I fully understand your aggressivness since you may be upset for your friend or family member.
    All I want to say is We, as a Buddhist person say and do the truth and all bad things/lie done in this life will get receprocal effect either in later this life or in the next life.
