ဆီဒုိးနားဟုိတယ္က ျမင္ကြင္းတခု (ဓာတ္ပုံ - Getty Images)

ျမန္မာျပည္ကုိ လာတ့ဲ နုိင္ငံတကာေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားရဲ႕ ခရီးစဥ္ေတြထဲမွာ ေတာင္ကုိရီးယားသမၼတခရီးက လုံၿခဳံေရးအတင္းက်ပ္ဆုံးျဖစ္ေနပါျပီ။

ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံရဲတပ္ဖဲြ႔က အင္အားျပ၊ လုံၿခဳံေရးယူထားတ့ဲပုံေတြသာမက ေတာင္ကုိရီးယားသမၼတရဲ႕ လက္နက္ကုိင္လုံၿခဳံေရးတခ်ဳိ႕ပုံေတြပါ ေတြ႔ရမွာပါ။

ရန္သူေပါတ့ဲ အေမရိကန္က ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားရဲ႕ ခရီးမွာေတာင္မွ ဒီလုိ ေမာင္းျပန္ေသနတ္ ေပၚေပၚထင္ထင္ ကုိင္ေဆာင္ထားတ့ဲ ကုိယ္ပုိင္လုံျခဳံေရးမ်ဳိး ေခၚေဆာင္ခ့ဲတာ မေတြ႔ရပါဘူး။

ဒီကေန႔ ေတာင္ကုိရီးယားသမၼတက ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႕ ေရာက္ခုိက္ ဆီဒုိးနားဟုိတယ္မွာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္နဲ႔ ေတြ႔ဆုံပါတယ္။ အာဇာနည္ဗိမာန္ကုိလည္း သြားေရာက္ ဂါရ၀ျပဳပါတယ္။

    IN United States, U.S has the responsibility under international law to protect visiting foreign dignitaries and resident foreign diplomats in the country. The Protective Liaison Division currently within the Office of Security performs a vital function. It coordinates information received overseas and domestically with local, state, and federal agencies. It appears to the Panel that this office is critically understaffed. This office does much more than coordinate protective activities: at times it serves as the only link between other agencies on a broad array of issues. The office should be expanded to contain personnel from all divisions that need representation and it should have appropriate exchanges and liaison personnel with a number of departments and offices and local law enforcement agencies.

    in Myanmar? Do they have the legislation or law or/and regulation with fully trained security force to prevent the official visitors ?

    အဓိကေတာ့ ေျမာက္ကုိးရီးယားရန္ကုိေၾကာက္လုိ႔ပါ၊၊ ေျမာက္ကုိးရီးယားေတြ ရန္ကုန္မွာေတာင္ အေျခခ်ေနၾကၿပီဆုိေတာ့ ဒီေလာက္လုပ္ထားမွ ေတာ္ရံုက်မွာကုိး၊၊ အရင္တုန္းကလဲ ေျမာက္ကုိးရီးယားလက္ခ်က္ေၾကာင့္ ေတာင္ကုိးရီးယားက အရာရွိေတြ ျမန္မာ့ေျမေပၚမွာ ေသသြားခဲ့ရေသးတယ္၊၊
