တိုင္းရင္းသာေတြကလည္း အစိုးရအလုပ္ဝင္လုပ္မွေလ။ လူနည္းစုလည္းျဖစ္၊ဝင္လည္းမလုပ္ေတာ့ ဘယ္ေနရာ ရပါ့မလဲ။
By reading the comments , most of us could not digest idea of second class citizen. If we look at the history of Burma, all ethnics group were not subjects of Burmese kings. Only after Taung Oo, most ethnics fell under Burmese Kingdom. Definition of second class is first, most decision makers are burmese. Official language is Burmese. Previously, teaching or learning of ethnics language is banned. Most ethnics historical monuments were destroyed. Those are just few points.

Most ethnics historical monuments were destroyed ဆိုတာတခုဘဲ လက္ခံလို.ရတယ္။ အဂၤလန္မွာ အဂၤလိပ္က ရံုးစာဘဲ၊ ဒါေပမဲ့ ကုလားေတြ၊ တျခားဥေရာပသားေတြက အဲဒီမွာ ဒုတိယတန္းစားမွ မဟုတ္ဘဲ။ အဲလိုဘဲ စကၤာပူမွာလဲ အဂၤလိပ္ စကားက ရုံုးစကားဘဲ။ တရုတ္ေတြ မေလးေတြ က ဒုတိယတန္းစား လို. မရွိပါဘူး။ ဆံုးျဖတ္တဲ့ သူေတြက ဗမာမ်ားတယ္ဆိုရေအာင္လဲ ဗမာက ရာႏႈန္းအမ်ားၾကီးကို၊ ေနရာရတဲ့ အေရအတြက္မွာ သူတို.က ပိုမ်ားမွာေပါ့။ ေနာက္ ရန္ကုန္နဲ. ျပည္မျမိဳ.ေတြက ပိုတိုးတက္ေတာ့ လူေတြက ပညာေရး စီးပြားေရးမွာ ပိုရင္းႏွီးႏိုင္တယ္၊ အဲေတာ့ ပို အရာေရာက္မယ္၊ တိုးတက္မယ္ေပါ့။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ခ်မ္းသာတာက မညီမၽွမႈဘဲ။ ပထမ တမ္းစားနဲ. မဆိုင္ဘူး။ တကယ္လို. သမတၱေနရာ ရွမ္းမလုပ္ရ၊ ေဆးေက်ာင္းကို ခ်င္းမတက္ရလို. စည္းသတ္မွတ္ထားရင္ေတာ့ ဒါ ႏွိပ္ကြပ္တာ။ ဒုတိယတန္း ေနရာထားတာဘဲ။ ေနရာမရတာ၊ မေအာင္ျမင္တာ၊ မေပါက္ေရာက္တာ တခုထဲနဲ.ကေတာ့ ပထမတန္းစားေတြ၊ ဒုတိယေတြ ေျပာေနတာ ေလကုန္တာဘဲျဖစ္မယ္။
Simple solution. Let keep every states under respective ethnics group as per Panglong Agreement. Capital of Country will be under Union Territory. Then the problem of second class issue will be solved permanently. Self determination in every ethnic states. As per neutral official language, English will be one of official language. No Burmese interference in ethnic states. Clear.
The inequality issue is that most allocation of natural resources. At this point, all natural resources are used in most Burmese populated area. For exemple- Araken state is the poorest even though most of the revenue from gas field is not used in state development. Exploitation of natural resources from ethnics state for the good of Burmese majority.... do you all think it is fair.
