This is not the first time Muslims have turned the places of worship of other religions into mosque and it won't be the last. It started with Kaaba, towards which every Muslims direct their prayers and pay visit during Hajj, used to be a Pagan temple with full of idols. Muhammad destroyed the idols and turned into a mosque. Throughout history hundreds of churches, Buddhist and Hindu temples and Jewish synagogues have faced the similar fate. It just shows that Islam is a religion of intolerance and this is one of the destinies that will befall on every nation when Muslims become majority.
