ကံေဆြျမတ္ (ဘုိကေလး)

ေဒါက္တာေန၀င္းေမာင္ဟာ အထူးကုေဆးရုံၾကီး တစ္ရုံကို ေဆးကုသမႈ ခံယူဖုိ႔ ကိုယ္တုိင္ သြားခဲ႔ပါလ်က္၊ ရန္ကုန္ေဆးရုံၾကီးကို လႊဲခဲ႔တယ္လို႔ သိရတယ္၊ ရန္ကုန္ ေဆးရုံၾကီးေရာက္ေတာ႔ ဆုံးသြားရတယ္။

အရင္တစ္ခါလည္း လွဳိင္သာယာ ေဆးရုံက ေက်ာင္းသူေလးတစ္ေယာက္ ေျမြကိုက္လုိ႔ အင္းစိန္ ေဆးရုံ တင္လုိက္တာ ဟုိေျပာင္းဒီေရႊ႔နဲ႔ ေသဆုံးသြားရတယ္။

ဟိုတစ္ေလာက စြယ္ေတာ္ၾကြလာေတာ႔ ျမန္မာတျပည္လုံး လွဴလုိက္ၾကတဲ႔ ပုိက္ဆံေတြ ၊ ရတနာေတြလည္းပါေသးတယ္တဲ႔၊ အဲဒါေတြဘယ္မွာ သြားသုံးၾကမွာလဲ။

က်န္းမာေရးကိစၥၾကေတာ႔ အထူူးကု ေဆးရုံ ဆုိတာေတြေတာင္ အေရးေပၚဌာနမွာ အေရးေပၚ ခ်ြဲထုတ္စက္တုိ႔ ၊ ႏွလုံးခုန္စက္တုိ႔၊ အသက္ကယ္ေဆးဗူးတုိ႔မရွိဘူး။

ျမန္မာျပည္က ေဆးရုံေဆးခန္းအားလုံးမွာ အေရးေပၚဆုိတာ အေရးေပၚကုသတဲ႔ေနရာ မဟုတ္ဘူး၊ စာရင္းလက္ခံတဲ႔ ေနရာပဲျဖစ္ေနတယ္။

ေဖာင္းပြေနတဲ႔ ဘာသာေရးအလွဴေနရာမွာ လုိအပ္ေနတဲ႔ က်န္းမာေရးကိစၥအတြက္ လွဴၾကမယ္ဆုိရင္ ဘယ္ေလာက္ေကာင္းမလဲဗ်ာ၊ အခုေတာ႔ ဆုံးရွံးလုိက္တဲ႔ သားေကာင္းသမီးေကာင္းေတြ ဘယ္ေလာက္မ်ားေနျပီလဲ။

ဒီလုိေျပာလို႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ဟာ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ မဟုတ္တဲ႔ ကြန္ျမဴနစ္ တစ္ေယာက္လုိ႔ ထင္ၾကမလား၊ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး၊ ဘုရားရွင္တရားေတာ္ကို ေသခ်ာေလ႔လာျပီးလုိ႔ ဒီလုိေရးတာပါ၊

ဟုိတစ္ေန႔ကပဲ ေယာဆရာေတာ္ၾကီးတရားကို mrtv 4 ကေန နာလုိက္ပါတယ္။ ဆရာေတာ္ၾကီးက ကေလးေမြးလာတာ မိသားစုမွာ ထမင္းေကၽြးတာေတာင္ ေမတၱာေစတနာ၊ ကရုဏာ တရားထည္ျပီး ျပဳစုေကၽြးေမြးရင္ အလုိလုိ ကုသုိလ္ရပါတယ္တဲ႔။

ဆုိလုိတာက လူမွဳကိစၥ၊ ေလာကီေဘာင္မွာေနရင္းနဲ႔ ကုသုိလ္ရေအာင္ လုပ္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္တဲ႔၊ ကုသုိလ္ေကာင္းမွဳဆုိတာ ပိုက္ဆံေတြ အမ်ားၾကီးကုန္မွ ရတာမဟုတ္ပါဘူူး၊ ကုသုိလ္ေကာင္းမွဳရဲ႕ အဆင္႔ကို သတ္မွတ္တဲ႔ ေနရာမွာလည္း ဒါနထက္သီလကျမတ္တယ္၊ သီလထက္၊ ဘာ၀နာက ျမတ္တယ္ဆုိတာ အထင္အရွား ဘုရားေဟာရွိပါတယ္။

လုိအပ္လုိ႔လွဴတာ ေျပာစရာမရွိေပမယ္႔ ဆင္းရဲတဲ႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႔ႏုိင္ငံမွာ ေရမ်ားရာ မုိးရြာျပီး ၊ ေရငတ္တဲ႔ ေနရာမွာ ေရမက် ႏုိင္တဲ႔ အေျခအေနေတြျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။

လွဴတဲ႔ ေနရာမွာလည္း ေမတၱာရွင္ ေရႊျပည္သာ ဆရာေတာ္ေဟာတာက ေနာက္ဘ၀ ငါေကာင္းစားဖုိ႔ ဆုိတဲ႔ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ထက္ ကိုယ္ေကာင္းစားဖုိ႔ မဟုတ္ပဲ အလွဴခံပုဂၢိဳလ္ေကာင္းစားဖုိ႔ ဆုိတဲ႔ ျမင္႔ျမတ္တဲ႔ စိတ္ထားနဲ႔ လွဴတဲ႔ အလွူဴသာ ပါရမီေျမာက္ျပီး ပိုျမင္႔ျမတ္ပါတယ္လို႔ ဆုိထားပါတယ္။

ယေန႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႔ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ အမ်ားစု လွဴဒါန္း ေနတာေတြဟာကုသုိလ္ရဖုိ႔လား၊ လုိအပ္တဲ႔ ေနရာမွာ တကယ္လွဴေနတာလား၊ ေနာက္ဘ၀ ငါေကာင္းစား ဖုိ႔ဆုိတဲ႔ အတၱ အေမွ်ာ္ေတြနဲ႔ လွဴေနတာလားဆုိတာ ေသခ်ာ ေ၀ဖန္စိစစ္ သင္႔ပါတယ္။

ကုသုိလ္ကို အစစ္အမွန္ တကယ္လိုခ်င္ရင္ေတာ႔ ေငြကုန္ခံစရာမလုိပဲ ကိုယ္က်င္႔တရား ေကာငး္ေကာင္းထိန္း၊ တရားအားထုတ္မယ္ဆုိရင္ ရပါျပီ။

ျပည္သူအမ်ားစုကလည္ က်န္းမာေရး ပညာေရးကိစၥကို အလွဴလုိ႔ ျမင္ရေကာင္းမွန္းမသိ၊ အစိုးရကလည္း က်န္းမာေရး စရိတ္ကို စုိက္သုံးဖုိ႔ စိတ္မ၀င္စားရင္ အေရးေပၚဌာနေတြဟာ ဆက္လက္ျပီး စာရင္းေကာက္ရုံသက္သက္ပဲျဖစ္ေနအုံးမွာပါ။

အစိုးရကိုယ္တုိင္ကလည္း၊ ပညာေရး က်န္းမာေရး ကိစၥေတြမွာ ဘတ္ဂ်က္မ်ားမ်ားသုံးသင္႔ေနပါျပီ။

    pls study 'what is dana(giving alms)?' intensively and extensively.Ask scholar broadly.if you want to criticize positively speeches of buddha,mention the words carefully.I agree you say your intention is beneficial for society.But I can surely say some words in your view are wrong.

    We , Myanmar does not have such discipline. No adequate teaching . No Emergency physicians.

    That is why when we , from .,other developed countries come and visit Myanmar . .they did not comment in front of Nay Pyi Daw Admin Team. Only when they arrive back to their country . they just said. ' There are lots of things to do ' . .

    we all have to morally thank to them because ' they have time and feeling to ' Say So that There are lots of things to do ' ..there are lots of things to do .

    Sacrificing lives unnecessary by snake bite, mere heart attack , heart arrhythmia is tragic. Some arrhythmia are easily treatable if there is a bit facility . Not say ' big heart attack. They die mostly.

    The author gives a dangerous and wrong message to the readers. Why did you question the donations made by Burmese Buddhists to the Buddha's Tooth Relic? Didn't you learn before writing this article that the donations are for the lessor (China) and that China is going to build a replica of Shwedagon in its own country in commemoration of the donors, did you? Please point your finger directly at the one who is absolutely responsible for all of these mismanagement. You questioned right away about the donations in the early part of the article that means that you really meant to criticize the massive donations. Even though you stated that you're not a communist, your words are pretty much the same as how Thakhin Than Tun wanted to use the 26 tons of gold from Shwedagon pagoda. You can persuade the government, the NGOs, and all other social organizations to make donations by using your sharp journalism but please stop criticizing the well-wishers' once-in-a-lifetime donations.

    Yes, our country is lack of knowledge in every thing.A lot of people died because of lack of Equipments,late arrival to hospital,the duty officers neglect or did not know how to treat the emergency patient in time,many places needs necessary and neccesaties. Many people proud of saying that our country had full of natural resources.What the hell is that? I heard that one clinic on Pyay road had treated the High Blood pressure patient by given I.V.of Normal Saline,Another patient who suffering Diabetes by I.V.Glucose,and many many wrong diagosis that took away the lives,because at night time,the duty nurse may be sleepy,no doctors at that time,wrong decision, etc:.....Although in other many cases,because of lack of knowledge,the lives had to spend on.recently,the Big Explosive of Fire at Myittamon Godowns,What Happened....? No body knows nothing,even many authorities in many concerning department does'nt know what is up to date,and how to prevent,All 99% doing by Bullshit knowledge. Pitiful Burma....

    I live in Australia now.

    It is sad. In Myanmar, medical care is very poor. It has been neglected for many many years.

    I have to say even the president of Burma will not get the same standard of care received by poorest people in Australia. The poorest people in Australia have no job. They live on government money.

    It is not because of professionals. If you bring doctors and nurses from Burma to Australia, they will do well except for language difficulties. Mostly because there is no accountability, democracy and transparency. Professionals need to change their mindset but system need to be good.

    Emergency departments in Burma is staffed by most junior doctors. There is little or no supervision especially at night. Private hospitals are worse. I guess.

    When I was intern, the defibrillator in my hospital was not working because the battery was down.
    It is a routine that people died/suffered because they cannot afford medicines.

    We used to say that text book(medical) and practical is different. Because, we did not and could not do a lot of things written in text books. And we thought that they were artificial/just the research/not practical. Now I know, the text books are just describing the routine done daily in hospitals.

    The world is different now. Without democracy or good system where people believe in their goverment, where people contribute in decision making, where people whole heartedly try for progress, where everything is accountable, where people don't tell lies/bias (including how to donate), where people are less selfish, our country will not come out of the lowest state and will not be able to resist the will of other more developed countries.

    This is usually said by people like you who cannot learn English well. Don't forget that English is the other national language in Burma. Every official form and letter and constitution use it alongside Burmese. The fact that you and most people around you cannot speak/read/write English well doesn't mean that everyone else has to put Burmese as top priority over any other language when they want to write a simple comment. Every student has a chance to learn English since kindergarten till tertiary institutions. Yet have you ever wondered why some students become very good in English while some can't even write a complete sentence properly? Think about it. Don't just cover a weakness with nationalism. Burma has been in the downward spiral in everything technology ever since Gen. Ne Win forced the schools to be taught only in Burmese. Do you know that?

    Some people may want to write in Burmese, some English out of convenience or some just want to practise. If someone wants to skip reading a comment written in English, let them be. There is nothing wrong with it but they will only regret it when they have to read a reference book. But that is their choice.

    I believe you obviously know that in a globalization age, if you don't speak English, you can't go higher in life even in a country like Burma. You and I know very well the standard of English in Burma today. Look around the Burmese students today. Even a university graduate can't speak or write English properly, much less the high school graduates after taking a subject called "English" since kindergarten.

    I think you should go out of your own world and explore the outside world more. Every developed country today has mandated all their young to take up at least a second foreign language other than their mother tongue in schools.

    You can't just equate speaking Burmese to patriotism or nationalistic attitude or whatever. Remember Burma is not a superpower economically or otherwise. The ugly truth is once you step out of Burma, you are as good as useless if you can't communicate with people in English. You will be looked down upon. Just ask around those who have been to overseas. Ever seen a hapless Burmese face in an overseas airport because he/she couldn't even make out what was being said by someone?

    The least you can do is that you shouldn't try to discourage Burmese from using English at all narrow-mindedly.

    Evaluation is essential everywhere.
    In your case, it is for your health. To make your heart beat in normal pace and adequate blood supply to be pumped for good oxygen supply to your vital organs. ( brain, heart , liver and kidneys )

    Like wise, All Evaluation measures are necessary for every sectors in our country.

    1 .Health service
    ^ Hygience
    ^ Public safety
    ^ Vaccination
    ^Preventive Health
    ^Population Health
    * Allocation of adequate health service - adequate well trained staff, equipments, medicine, transport etc

    2. social welfare
    * Employment
    * Equal Employment Opportunity
    * Safe working environment
    * Security of general public

    * Public transport ( Reliability, accountability, safety, regular service around the country )

    3. Law enforcement
    * Anti-corruption campaign
    * Public ombudsman - complaint centre. that has to be funded by Government revenue . but independent of government control

    Physical Security

    * Policing
    * Defence ( Border security, Water Security, Air Security )
    * Fairness within Military force from top to bottom
    * Proper appropriate recruitment and training

    4. Man Power and Immigration

    * Identity cards ( no bribes, No smugglers, No illegal entrants )
    * Train to trainers the new recruits

    5. Ethinic Affairs.

    * Equal opportunity to all residents in Myanmar in accordance with skills
    * Anti-race discrimination
    *Anti-age discrimination
    * Ant-sex discrimination

    all needs money and honesty and free of corruption.

    and do not use religion and social activity as ' tool to disguise'. You can do it . but don't do ' Ku Tho Ta Bae, Nga Yae TaBate Thar ' .

    Now, let me ask you . Your military government had ' sucked all the bloods and Ah Si Ah Hnit of country and people blood, sweat and tears. and now going to disguise your ' old criminal activity ' by now doing ' some kind of charity activity ' .. like I just heard ' Mya Yeik Nyo Education Foundation to be headed by Bo K N ' .

    We ( I ) truly doubts that Myanmar can cope with all those requirements for its own people and country . I am not underestimating.

    Unless . all crony confessed and conceded and pay out their debt to their country.

    Need money, finance first. Then Honesty and cooperation and cooperation . it has to be sustained for long.

    Can they do it? Can we do it?

    Well - we like to be optimistic, but based on what they have done and whay they have just demonstrated and what they are still doing. .......it is hard to accept and still in doubt.

    With doubt, nothing will be achieved.
    And doubt can never be abolished without good guarantee and warranty. How can it be compensated?
    don't just talk about ' Forget and Forgive ' rubbish words without knowing the extent and abusing Buddhism.

    There are a lot of Grey Zones in deciding ' RIGHT -white and WRONG -black '.
