Of course,That comment is very very good. We still need many mant to copy from Singapore or other Develop countries,nearby or other places. BUT, Burma, needs to select the genuine High level personnels to rebuild the country. Not the ones,that they think, I came from Military,I will govern,with iron Army rules, that;s bullshit slogans,claimed by them, and still thinking , how to make good earning, or which Department can be money making places.These kind of people must and should avoid to have powers,otherwise,Burma,will not develop till many decades.It will goes on likee before,the same old system ,and base on self profit ways.The people will be poor and poor till they died.
Mr or Ms Account general saying is general correct. but we should have good standard housing building such as s'pore HDb buiding and maintenance / operation system so that the myanmar developers can make reference.
the villagers can know what is a computer works if that village have a computer and a user,I mean like this.
We do not have to copy Singapore HDB System.
Do we have proper electricity supply system?
Do we have proper water supply System?
Do we have proper waste collecting system?
Do we have budget to build Singapore style HDB flats?
Are we going to pass those projects to foreign company (Developer) such as Far East, Capital Land or etc....
Please be make sure that most benefits goes to our poor Burmese people and not anyone else.
As a leader of Country, think hard before making any decision.
I believe that first we should come out with workable projects to improve the lower income people of Burma then think about building housing project.
Otherwise nobody(I mean lower income people) could afford to buy it and it will become white elephant.
We should not jump necessary steps and please think carefully.
What we need now is, creating enough jobs for the people of Burma to earn enough to live decently.
