    Saint Valentine's Day, often simply Valentine's Day,[1][2][3] is observed on February 14 each year. Today Valentine's Day is celebrated in many countries around the world, mostly in the West, although it remains a working day in all of them.

    X'mas is religious day. celebrated in Myanmar for long long time.

    Noted this Valentine Day in Myanmar as a new fashion.

    We, Myanmar, should know

    'what we are doing' ?
    ' why we are doing ' ?
    ' what is the essence and what can happen as a consequence ? " ...

    that applies to all. Not only in this Valentine Day. This is only one example.

    Once people are sure why they celebrate and what they are doing for....then they can do it.

    Not just by ' ThuMyar Yaung Loth, Lite Yaung ' .

    In western society, some do care. Majority do not care according to SMH newspaper poll a few days ago regarding this.

    I found out Myanmar ( easily gullible, easily be cheated by Cheaters- please refer to Khin Shwe vs. Hle Gu farmers )

    afraid of authority ( as it has been)

    likely to copy ( acting, sexually explicit dance, music, culture, acts, others cultures not suitable for Myanmar ) .

    and no leadership and fellowship to work hard and industriousness and innovation.

    I wonder when will they change habits.

    don't get misunderstood. I am not traditional conservative. When change needs, people like to change from the easiest thing, like .. music, sex acts and leisure things.

    We should copy others countries steadfastness and innovation. ( e.g china - starvation to industriousness today ) . I know China is not good enough for Myanmar these days in some aspects.

    If people look and study 'Origin of Valentine Day', they will see ' why we are celebrating this ' ?

    Oversea Myanmar ( VOA, I like VOA , though ) also broadcast Valentine Day songs.

    I am not dictating to do my opinion. I would like to invite some more experienced authors in Myanmar to say a few things.

    The name of the game is ' One should know what is being done, and why and how and what will be consequences out of doing this in remote future ? . I hope some readers will see what I mean by that.

    I hope Myanmar has ' clear objective vision and look after its own country and people ' at all times from now on forever.
