သမၼတႀကီးေျပာလုိ႔ ဖုန္းေစ်း ေလွ်ာ့ေပးမယ္ ဆုိတ့ဲ ျမန္မာ့ဆက္သြယ္ေရးရဲ႕ ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္ပါ။

၅ သိန္းတန္ဖုန္းေတြကုိ ၂ သိန္းနဲ႔ ေရာင္းမယ္ တ့ဲ။

    အဲ့ဒီဖုန္းရဖို ့က ဘယ္သူ ့ကို ဘယ္ေလာက္လဘက္ရည္ဖိုး ေပးရမလဲဆိုတာေလးလဲေဖၚျပေပးပါဦး

    ဘယ္ေလာက္နဲ႔ေလွ်ာ႔ေရာင္းေရာင္း မဝယ္ပါ။ သပိတ္ေမွာက္ပါသည္။ ၁၅ သိန္းႏွင္႔ဝယ္ထားေသာဖုန္းမ်ားကို မည္သို႔နစ္နာေၾကးေပးမည္နည္း။ တခုခုျပန္လုပ္ေပးေစခ်င္ပါသည္။ ယခုလက္ရွိအေျခအေနမ်ားအရ ေစ်းအၾကီးဆံုးေပးဝယ္ခဲ႔ရေသာဖုန္းမ်ားမွာ အသံုးမက်ဆံုးျဖစ္ေနျပီး ၊ ေနာက္ေပၚဖုန္းမ်ားကို ေစ်းမ်ားျဖည္းျဖည္းခ်င္းေလွ်ာ႔ေပးျပီး ၊ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကိုလည္းျဖည္းျဖည္းခ်င္းတိုးကာ(အင္တာနက္သံုးႏိုင္ျခင္း၊လိုင္းပိုမိျခင္းစသျဖင္႔)အဆင္႔ဆင္႔လုပ္စားေနပါသည္။ အဲဒီေတာ႔လူတစ္ေယာက္က လိုအပ္ခ်က္အရ ဖုန္းတစ္လံုးကို သိန္း၄၀ေလာက္ေပးျပီးဝယ္သံုးခဲ႔ၾကရတယ္။ အစိုးရဆီကဝယ္ခ်င္တိုင္းမွဝယ္မရတာကို။ ေနာက္ေတာ႔ ဖုန္းနည္းနည္းထပ္ထုတ္ေပးေတာ႔ သိန္း၃၀ျဖစ္၊ေနာက္၂၅သိန္း၊သိန္း၂၀ နဲ႔ ေနာက္ထုတ္ေစ်း၁၅သိန္းပဲျဖစ္သြားတယ္။ အဲဒီအခါက်ေတာ႔ ၅သိန္းတန္ဆိုျပီးထပ္ထုတ္တယ္။ GSM မမိတယ္႔ေနရာတခ်ိဳ႔မွာလည္းမိတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ႔တစ္ခါ3G INTERNET သံုးလို႔ရတယ္ဆိုျပီးျဖစ္လာေတာ႔ အဆင္ေျပေျပသံုးခ်င္တယ္႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ျပည္သူေတြက ၅သိန္းတန္ဖုန္းေတြကိုထပ္ဝယ္ၾကရျပန္တယ္။ GSM ကမွ အဲဒီ႔ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈေတြမရတာကိုး။ အခုတစ္ခါ၂သိန္းတန္ဖုန္းတဲ႔။ သူတို႔ကိုယ္တိုင္ကေျပာေနတာ ဖုန္းေတြသတ္မွတ္ခ်က္ျပည္႔ေအာင္ေရာင္းျပီးရင္ ေစ်းေလွ်ာ႔ျပီးထပ္ထုတ္မယ္တဲ႔၊အခုေစ်းနဲ႔မဝယ္ႏိုင္ေသးတဲ႔လူေတြကထပ္ေလွ်ာ႔တဲ႔ေစ်းနဲ႔ဝယ္ႏုိင္တဲ႔အခါဝယ္ၾက။ မဝယ္ႏိုင္ေသးတဲ႔လူေတြကဆုေတာင္းျပီးပိုေစ်းနည္းတဲ႔ဖုန္းေတြထပ္ထြက္လာေအာင္ထပ္ေစာင္႔။ သူေ႒းကစျပီးေအာက္ေျခလူတန္းစားအထိတစ္ေယာက္မက်န္ကိုအျမတ္ၾကီးစားမဲ႔ျမန္မာ႔ဆက္သြယ္ေရးနဲ႔ပုဂၢလိကကုမၸဏီတခ်ိဳ႔ရဲ႔ အစီအစဥ္ပါ။ ေျပာရရင္အျခားနာမည္မ်ိဳးစံုနဲ႔ေရာင္းစားခဲ႔တဲ႔ဖုန္းေတြကအမ်ားၾကီး ဥပမာ (ဆယ္လူလာဖုန္း၊ေက်ာက္မ်က္ဖုန္း၊စီဒီအမ္ေအ၊ျခင္းဖုန္း၊ကန္းရုိးတန္းဖုန္း) စသျဖင္႔က်ြန္ေတာ္ေတာင္အကုန္ၾကားဖူးမယ္မထင္ပါဘူးဗ်ာ။ ဘယ္ႏို္င္ငံ ဘယ္လူမ်ိဳး ဘယ္အစိုးရ ဘယ္အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမွအခုေလာက္အထိအျမတ္ၾကီးစားတာမၾကားဖူးမျမင္ဖူးပါဘူးဗ်ာ။

    Myanmar government should stop exploiting from its own people who are the poorest people in Asia.
    In other ASEAN member states GSM SIM card with a mobile phone (simple Nokia phone) cost less than thirty US dollars.
    Myamma Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) sells GSM SIM card (without a phone set) for about two hundred fifty US dollars and WCDMA SIM card for three hundred and twenty US dollars. It is still more than ten times expensive than in neighbouring countries.
    In Myanmar, it is very frustrated; the Union Minister for Communications, Posts and Telegraphs U Thein Tun said that when the communication infrastructures would have been facilitated, installation charges will meet the international standards. How long do we need to wait? Shall we wait until the ASEAN Community being implemented in 2015?
    The Government should think of privatizing the MPT and let private companies, which claimed that they can do better and cheaper communications in the country, do these services.
