မန္းသားေလး



ျခင္ေဆးေခြထြန္းၿပီး တံခါးပိတ္ အိပ္ရာမွ ကေလးငယ္ တစ္ဦး ေသဆုံးၿပီး သုံးဦး ေဆး၀ါးကုသမႈ ခံယူေနရဆဲျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း မႏၱေလးေန႕စဥ္သတင္းစာတြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားသည္။

မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕ ခ်မ္းျမသာစည္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ၇၈လမ္းႏွင့္ ၄၂လမ္းေထာင့္ရွိ ရဲ၀န္ထမ္းလိုင္းခန္းတြင္ ေနထုိင္သူ ဒုတိယရဲအုပ္ ပင္လုံထြန္း ႏွင့္ ၄ မိသားစု၀င္မ်ားသည္ ေမလ ၁၄ ရက္ ညပုိင္းက တံခါးမ်ားပိတ္ၿပီး က်င္းထုံျခင္ေဆးေခြထြန္းကာ အိပ္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ေလေအးေပးစက္ဖြင့္ထားသည္ဟု ဆုိသည္။

ေနာက္တေန႔ နံနက္ ၉နာရီအထိ အိပ္ရာမွ မႏုိးၾကေသးသျဖင့္ အိမ္နီးခ်င္း မေအးမြန္ခိုင္က သြားေရာက္ၾကည့္ရႈရာ ေလးဦးစလုံး သတိလစ္ေနသည္ကုိ ေတြ႔ရသည္ဟု ဆုိသည္။

မႏၱေလး အေထြေထြေရာဂါကု ေဆးရုံႀကီးသုိ႔ ပို႔ေဆာင္ခ့ဲၾကၿပီး အသက္ ၁ ႏွစ္ ၈ လ အရြယ္ သားငယ္ ေဆးရုံတြင္ ေသဆုံးသြားေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

တရုတ္ျပည္ဘက္မွတင္သြင္းလာေသာ က်င္းထုံအမွတ္တံဆိပ္ ျခင္ေဆြးေခြသည္ အလြန္ အေရာင္းသြက္ခ့ဲသည္ဟု သိရသည္။ ထုိျခင္ေဆးေခြတြင္ ပိုးသတ္ေဆး ပါ၀င္မႈ ၀ ဒသမ ၀၈ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္း ပါ၀င္သျဖင့္ အသုံးမျပဳရန္ အာဏာပုိင္တုိ႔က တားျမစ္ထားေသာ္လညး္ မႏၱေလးရိွ ဆုိင္တခ်ဳိ႕တြင္ ဆက္လက္ ေရာင္းခ်လ်က္ ရွိေနေသးေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

    Where is Pe Thet Khin ?

    preventative medicine ?
    health education ?
    public health ?
    population health?
    Poisoning advice ?
    Poisoning Centre?
    health Education ?
    Health Education ?
    Public health control ?

    where is Pe Thet Khin ?

    does he know , firstly ?
    what can he do , secondly ?
    what measures be taken to prevent further episodes, thirdly?
    what is the long termed strategy ( not words, not in books, in real practice , in real practice ) for preventative medicine for general well being of Myanmar People?

    Will it be the same as ' 1st 4 years plan, 2nd 4 year plan ' starting in 1974 - every four years - and then all H A( Health Assistants) L H V ( Lady Health Visitors ) and Basic Health Workers.....all corrupt and sold all B P I medicine in Bo Gyoke Zay Thit and Lay Har Pyin Zay ?

    and end up the whole country with ' starvation/ poor nutrition/ under nutrition/ malaria now topped up with H I V ?

    Do something about this ' trade practice ' ?

    Do not let our Myanmar people consume dangerous goods ( above the safety concentration level )
    build the laboratories . Test them.
    Ban them as needed .
    Allow them as needed.
    Train the personnel for poisoning treatment.

    Establish the 24 hours poison centres. country wide. No love words. No personal phone calls.
    Log the whole incoming and outgoing calls for Quality Assurance.
    record the conversation for Training Staff. .( Not for Bloody Military Intelligence Reasons )

    Establish Poison Centre. Set up Emergency Team response in Major Hospitals first.

    Then ......to bigger township hospital and then to township hospital.

    don't just attend the conference and answer the non-challenging radio interview and stay happy / satisfied with this.

    As a minister, you have a lot of things to do as an initiator.

    all relative of minister - don't just ask your ' Daddy ' .....what will you bring tonight for us ? what will you corrupt for us this month. ?

    Earn officially with good eligible allowances and earn by your own business. Don't suck up country and people blood.

    You know when ....when you visit USA and talk in front of people in English / or/ Myanmar ...then people know what kind of person you are and what level you have for your ministerial post. .* Pe Thet Khin U S A *

    sorry , I have to be rough otherwise you all think you are still doing well. Only being started now, things will be better ( now well ) in next 10 -20 years keeping in pace with others countries. And new generation will come up. Leave good things to new generation. Not like bloody Nay Win/ others ancestors.

    ကၽြန္ေတာ္လက္ရွိခဏေနေနတဲ႔ ေရႊၿပည္သာၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ၃၃ ရပ္ကြက္ ေရႊရံုမွတ္တိုင္ေနာက္ကလမ္းအတြင္းမွ ဆိုင္ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားလည္း ဒီၿခင္ေဆးေခြကို ေရာင္းခ်ေနဆဲၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။ဒါေၾကာင္႔တာ၀န္ရွိသူတစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္မ်ားကူညီဖမ္းဆီး ေပးေစလိုပါတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ို႔လူၾကီးေတြကဒါကိုနားမလည္ပဲ တစ္မင္မနာလိုလို႔ ၿခင္ေဆးေခြကို အပုတ္ခ်တယ္လို႔ထင္ၿမင္ယူဆၿပီး ဆက္လက္အသံုးၿပဳေနတာေၾကာင္႔ အိမ္မွာရွိတဲ႔ နားမလည္နိုင္သးတဲ႔ကေလးေတြအတြက္ အႏၱရယ္ရွိေနတာေၾကာင္႔ပါ။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႔ ေၿပာရခက္တဲ႔လူၾကီးေတြရွိေနတာ ေတာ္ေတာ္ဆိုးပါတယ္။ ဒီကိစၥေလးကို တာ၀န္ရွိသူတစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္မ်ားဖတ္မိရင္ ကူညီနိူင္ေအာင္ တင္ၿပၿခင္းၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။
